Amaretto Sunset Recipe

Ingredients

3 fingers Amaretto

1/2 jigger Triple Sec

1/2 cup Ice

1/2 cup Apple Cider

Amaretto Sunset Directions

Shake ingredients in bartender’s mixer quickly, just 5 shakes. Strain out ice, serve in glass immediately with a slice of orange.

Redneck Prairie Fire Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Grain Alcohol

1/8 oz Louisiana Hot Sauce

Redneck Prairie Fire Directions

Pour 1 oz. White Lightning into a shot glass then float 1/8 oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce on top wait a few seconds for it to look like an upside down fire then shoot it down. After about 4 everything just might look upside down.

Red Witch Recipe

1 shot Pernod

Black Currant Cordial

1 pint Cider

Red Witch Directions

Put Pernod in a pint glass. Fill almost to the top with cider and add the blackcurrant. After that, it’s up to you.

Mix together or float redrum on top. Serve cold in a beer pilsner.

Red Eye a la Cocktail Recipe

Lager

Egg

6 oz Tomato Juice

Red Eye a la Cocktail Directions

Pour refrigerated tomato juice into a large frosted mug. Over tomato juice, pour cold beer. Do not stir. Crack egg, drop contents into mug. Do not stir. Discard eggshell, and serve.

3/4 glass Beer

1 oz Vodka

1 can Tomato Juice

Red Eye Directions

Pour vodka into a beer glass one half to three-quarters filled with beer. Top with tomato juice, and serve.
