1 shot Coffee Liqueur
(Fill to Top) Guinness Stout
Coca-Cola
Irish Russian Directions
Add the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe. Care must be taken when adding the guinness to prevent an excess of foam. Do not add ice.

Ingredients
4 oz Beer
3 shots Vodka
4 shots Spiced Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Papaya Juice
3 oz Coconut Milk
Headhunter Directions
Mix liquors (except beer) in a tall tumbler. Stir in the juices, and shake with ice. Slowly add the beer and stir to blend. Serve in a tall glass or a 1/2 coconut shell with the meat intact.

1/8 oz Everclear
6 oz Water

Dump out six ounces of beer, add alcohol, fill up the rest of the beer can with water, mix and let settle.

1 part Guinness Stout
Half and Half Directions
Fill 1/2 a pint glass with harp. Slowly fill the remainder of the glass with guinness, pouring it slowly over the back side of a spoon as to layer it nicely on top.

Ingredients
1 oz Irish Whiskey
1/3 glass Guinness Stout
1/3 glass Hard Cider
Hairball Directions
Fill 1/3 of a collins glass with cider, then float the guinness on top, to bring the volume to 2/3 full. Pour bushmill’s irish whiskey in a separate shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the collins glass and slam it!
