Duck Fart Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 1/2 oz Irish Cream

1 tsp Creme de Cacao

1 1/2 oz Canadian Whiskey

10 oz (brewed) Coffee

1 oz Whipping Cream

In a 12 – 16 oz coffee mug or glass, add the Bailey’s irish cream, Crown Royal Canadian whisky, Kahlua coffee liqueur and almost fill with brewed coffeee made less than 1 hour beforehand. Top with whipped cream; drizzle creme de cacao on top and serve.

Cubano Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

30 cl White Rum

10 cl White Creme de Cacao

3 tsp Sugar

30 cl (hot) Coffee

20 cl Heavy Cream

Cubano Coffee Directions

Warm up rum, creme cacao, sugar and coffee. Float the double fresh cream floating on top. Optionally sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream.

Cuban Hot Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Gold Rum

1/4 oz Creme de Cacao

1/2 tsp Sugar

1 cup (hot) Coffee

Cuban Hot Coffee Directions

Heat liquors in a heat-resistant glass, add sugar, and fill with coffee. Stir, and serve.

Creamy Rum Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup Gold Rum

2 tsp (boiled) Water

300 ml Cream

2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup

300 ml Milk

400 ml Condensed Milk

2 tsp Instant Coffee

Creamy Rum Liqueur Directions

Dissolve coffee in water. Mix all ingredient’s slowly in a blender. Serve chilled. Keeps, sealed in the fridge, for 2 weeks.

Crapachino Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Coffee

2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

1/2 cup Condensed Milk

4 tbsp Cocoa

Crapachino Directions

Combine all the ingredients together, leaving out the chocolate ice-cream. Leave in fridge until cold. Add in the chocolate ice-cream, blend. Serve.
