Cancun Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1/2 oz Anisette

1 oz Irish Cream

3 oz Coffee

1 Lime

Vanilla Sugar

1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Moisten rim of coffee mug with lime and dip rim in sugar. Pour liqueurs into mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Ingredients

1/2 oz Strega

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

1/2 oz Cognac

1/2 oz White Rum

1 oz (Cold) Coffee

Calypso Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 tsp Sugar

5 oz (hot) Coffee

1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream

Calypso Coffee Directions

Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Irish Cream

1 tsp Sugar

5 oz (hot) Coffee

1 tsp Chocolate Syrup

Pour liquors and coffee into a coffee mug over the chocolate syrup. Sweeten to taste, and top with cream.

3/4 shot Irish Cream

1 oz Chocolate Syrup

Measure irish cream and vodka into coffee mug. Add hershey’s chocolate syrup. Fill will coffee and top with whipping cream.

Cafe Savoy Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Brandy

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1 1/2 oz Coffee

1 cup Milk

Cafe Savoy Directions

Fill mug almost to top with coffee. Add milk if desired, then triple sec and brandy. Stir.
