Virgin Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup (Crushed) Ice

7 oz Pineapple Juice

2 oz Coconut Cream

Virgin Pina Colada Directions

Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice to a blender; blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve.

Rhubarb Syrup Recipe

2 cups Sugar

1 cup Water

2 tbsp Rosewater

1 lb Rhubarb

1. Remove strings from rhubarb, wash, and cut into 1/2″ pieces. Wrap rhubarb in cheesecloth and tie shut.

Ingredients

1 cup (fresh) Lemon Juice

4 cups Water

4 cups Apple Juice

2 cups Simple Syrup

Refreshing Apple Lemonade Directions

1. Combine 4 cups of water with 4 cups of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and continue boiling for 10 minutes.

Raspberry Punch Recipe

Ingredients

46 oz (Pink) Grapefruit Juice

12 oz Raspberry Juice

1 qt Raspberry Sherbet

2 liters Ginger Ale

Raspberry Punch Directions

Pour pink grapefruit juice and ginger ale into a punch bowl. Add raspberry juice or 12 oz frozen raspberries (stir to un-thaw). Add sherbet and stir until melted.

Serve Raspberry Punch in a Punch Bowl

Raspberry Citrus Punch Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar

92 oz (Canned) Pineapple

4 cups Water

46 oz Grapefruit Juice

8 cups Orange Juice

2 qt (chilled) Soda Water

2 qt (chilled) Ginger Ale

1 cup Raspberries

Raspberry Citrus Punch Directions

1. Force raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds.

2. Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved to make a simple syrup.

3. Combine orange juice, raspberries, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Chill. When ready to serve, add soda water and ginger ale. (Serves 100.)

Mix sugar syrup with lemon juice, to taste, in a highball glass. Fill with ginger ale, and serve.
