Ingredients

1/4 tsp Ginger

1 can Pineapple

2 cups Water

1 tbsp Honey

Pineapple Power Directions

Place the can of sliced pineapple, with juice, into a blender jar. Add the water, honey and ginger, and blend on medium speed until well mixed. Pour into one tall, two medium, or three small glass.

Pineapple Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

5 cl Orange Juice

15 cl Pineapple Juice

Soda Water

3 cl Sugar Syrup

Pineapple Lemonade Directions

Mix juice and sugar syrup in a large tumbler with several ice cubes. Stir well and top up with cold soda water. Serve with a drinking straw.

2 tbsp (Chunk) Pineapple

2 tbsp Coconut Ice Cream

Pineapple Island Directions

Blend with half a glassful of crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a collins glass garnished with a slice of pineapple. Serve with straws.

250 g (skinned and sliced) Pineapple

Add to a blender and liquify.

Pina Colada Punch Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Coconut Syrup

46 oz (chilled) Pineapple Juice

1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream

2 liters (chilled) Pineapple Soda

15 oz Coconut Cream

Pina Colada Punch Directions

1. Blend pineapple juice, coconut syrup, coconut cream and cinnamon in a blender until creamy. Place in refridgerator if desired or continue immediately to next step.

Pike’s Peak Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

(Fill to Top) Cider

1 oz Egg

1/2 (Juice of) Lemon

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Pike’s Peak Cooler Directions

Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.
